Copaslip
COPASLIP® is an anti-seize compound specially formualted to protect against seizure even in extreme conditions of temperature and pressure. It also protects against rust, oxidation and other corrosion. COPASLIP® consists of micro-sized particles of copper in a semi-synthetic base. To these basic anti-seize ingredients are added highly effective oxidation and corrosion inhibitors.

The unique combination of properties in COPASLIP® ensures rapid and easy assembly of threaded parts. It allows correct torque to be applied by eliminating thread interference. COPASLIP® prevents seizing and galling and gives quick and easy breakout of threads, gaskets and packings even after long exposure to high temperature, corrosive conditions or extreme surface pressures. It also reduces wear in areas of high friction.
OGL
MOLYSLIP OGL is a bentone based open gear lubricant which will not thin out in use. It is completely water resistant, unaffected by aqueous solutions of acids and alkalis, and contains oxidation and rust inhibitors as well as adhesion and EP additives. An excellent lubricant for wet or adverse weather conditions, and extremes of temperature.
Specially designed for use in a marine environment and is therefore recommended for lubrication and protection of all medium to fast moving exposed gears, and racks. It is also suitable for the lubrication of wire ropes, chains, control cables and linkages and heavily loaded plain bearings. The small size molybdenum disulphide particles together with graphite and EP additives, ensure complete lubrication and a protective coating which will not drip or drain off, or be squeezed out of the working areas.
MWRL (Moly Wire Rope Lubricant)
Moly Wire Rope and Chain Lubricant is a tenacious semi-fluid grease containing molybdenum disulphide and graphite. Provides lubrication and prevents corrosion in adverse conditions. Solid content of the grease reduces friction and provides cushioning. Highly water repellent and does not wash off. Its good adhesive qualities prevent fling-off, allowing for extended periods between applications.

Moly Wire Rope and Chain Lubricant is designed to provide excellent lubrication and protection to wire ropes by penetrating the core as they flex; it is unaffected by adverse weather and severe marine conditions and resistant to most aqueous solutions of acids and alkalis. As such it is to be recommended for wire rope dressing, where complete lubrication, penetration and protection from wear and corrosion are essential.
